1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for an in-person invitation. Virtual attendance (live stream) has no age restriction.

1.2 Contribution Requirement

You must make a completed contribution of at least $1.00 USD. Pending or failed payments do NOT qualify.

1.3 Valid Account

• Verified email address
• Accurate contact information
• Active dashboard access

1.4 Geographic Eligibility

No geographic restrictions. Contributors from any country are eligible. However, you are responsible for:

• Valid passport for international travel
• Visa requirements (if applicable)
• Travel costs to Sint Maarten

1.5 Compliance Requirement

You must NOT have violated Terms of Service, including:

• No fraudulent activity or gaming the system
• No false information or fake submissions
• No abusive behavior

1.6 Media Release Requirement

If invited, you must sign a Media Release Agreement granting rights to use your image, voice, and likeness in the documentary series.

2. Caribbean Filming Event Overview

2.1 Purpose

The Caribbean Filming Event is the filming location for the documentary finale of "The Million Dollar Experiment." It is NOT a prize or reward, but a production activity that contributors participate in.

2.2 Location & Duration

• Location: Sint Maarten, Caribbean
• Duration: 14 days (2 weeks)
• Filming Days: 10 days of boat tours

3. Priority Score System

3.1 What is the Priority Score?

The Priority Score is a mathematical calculation that ranks every contributor objectively. It uses a transparent, published formula with NO random or chance elements.

3.3 Deterministic Nature

This formula is 100% deterministic:

• Same inputs always produce the same output
• NO randomness, probability, or chance
• Every contributor can calculate their own score manually
• All calculations are verifiable through dashboard activity log
• Rankings update in real-time

3.4 Real-Time Transparency

Your Priority Score is visible 24/7 on your personal dashboard. Dashboard shows:

• Total Priority Score (prominently displayed)
• Score Breakdown by each component
• Current Rank within your tier
• Distance to Cutoff (e.g., "You're #42, top 40 get invited")
• Activity History (every action that earned points)
• Pending Verifications (content awaiting review)

4. Tier-Based Allocation

4.1 Four-Tier System

Invitations are allocated based on contribution amount AND Priority Score:

4.2 How Selection Works

• Tier 1: Automatic invitation (no Priority Score competition within tier)
• Tiers 2 & 3: Contributors ranked by Priority Score, top N receive invitations
• Tier 4: All contributors receive virtual access link

4.3 No Random Elements

CRITICAL: Rankings are determined solely by Priority Score calculation. There is NO drawing, NO lottery, NO random selection at any tier level.

5. Invitation Process

5.1 Timeline

• T-90 days: Tier 1 (Captain's Circle) invitations sent
• T-75 days: Tier 2 (First Mate) invitations sent
• T-60 days: Tier 3 (Crew Member) invitations sent
• T-45 days: Waitlist promotions (if cancellations occur)

5.2 RSVP Requirements

• Invitations must be accepted within 14 days
• Tour selection must be completed within 7 days of RSVP
• Failure to RSVP = forfeiture; spot goes to waitlist

5.3 What's Included

Included in invitation:

• Boat tour(s) on restored Bavaria Sport 34 (Tier 1: 2 tours, Tiers 2-3: 1 tour)
• Evening filming events and gatherings
• Grand Finale celebration (all 160 attendees)
• Accommodation discounts (10-30% at partner hotels)
• Documentary appearance and filming participation

5.4 Participant Responsibilities

NOT included (your responsibility):

• Travel to/from Sint Maarten
• Accommodation costs
• Meals outside event activities
• Travel insurance
• Passport/visa requirements

6. Verification & Anti-Fraud Measures

6.1 Activity Verification

All point-earning activities are subject to verification:

• Contributions: Verified via Payoneer payment records
• Referrals: Verified via completed payment by referred person
• Social Shares: Manual review of submitted URLs
• Content Submissions: Manual review by admin team (24-48 hours)
• Engagement: Automatically logged in database

6.2 Anti-Fraud Detection

We employ multiple fraud prevention measures:

• Rate limiting on point-earning activities
• IP address tracking for duplicate submissions
• Manual review of high-value content
• Activity pattern analysis for suspicious behavior
• Duplicate account detection

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following will result in disqualification:

• Creating fake accounts or bot submissions
• Submitting false social shares or fraudulent referrals
• Plagiarized content
• Buying/selling referral codes or Priority Score points
• Attempting to manipulate the formula or exploit vulnerabilities

6.4 Consequences of Violations

• Point deductions or Priority Score reset
• Account suspension or termination
• Revocation of invitation (even if already accepted)
• Legal action (in cases of fraud)
