This is NOT a lottery, sweepstakes, contest, or game of chance.
"Send Me A Dollar Please" is a crowdfunded documentary series titled "The Million Dollar Experiment" -
a media production project chronicling a social experiment in viral fundraising and community building.
1. Nature of the Campaign
Send Me A Dollar Please (the "Campaign") is a crowdfunded documentary and media production project
owned and operated by SendMeADollarPlease.com ("we," "us," or "our").
By contributing to this Campaign, you are funding the production of:
- "The Million Dollar Experiment" - A documentary series exploring viral fundraising, community building, and social experiments
- Boat Restoration Project - The restoration of a Bavaria Sport 34 motorboat, which serves as a central subject of the documentary
- Caribbean Filming Event - A two-week filming location in Sint Maarten for the documentary finale
- Marketing and Distribution - Promotion and release of the completed documentary series
This is NOT a lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, contest, or any form of gambling. There are no random drawings,
no elements of chance, and no prizes. All benefits, including invitations to the Caribbean filming event, are allocated based
entirely on objective, verifiable, and transparent criteria as detailed in Section 4.
2. What You're Funding
Your contribution directly funds the following production expenses:
2.1 Documentary Production
- Video filming equipment and crew
- Editing and post-production
- Music licensing and sound design
- Distribution platform fees (YouTube, streaming services)
2.2 Boat Restoration Project (Subject of Documentary)
- Hull repairs and refinishing
- Engine overhaul and mechanical work
- Interior restoration and upgrades
- Safety equipment and certifications
2.3 Caribbean Filming Event
- Boat tour operations (20 tours, 8 passengers each)
- Venue rentals for evening filming events
- Grand finale celebration (filming location)
- Production crew and logistics
- Live streaming infrastructure for virtual attendees
2.4 Marketing and Community Building
- Website development and maintenance
- Social media marketing
- Email communications
- Content creation tools and gamification system
Tax Deductibility: All expenses are legitimate business expenses for documentary production and marketing.
We reserve the right to allocate funds as needed to complete the project successfully.
3. Caribbean Filming Event Invitations
3.1 Purpose and Nature
The Caribbean Filming Event (the "Event") is a documentary production filming location, not a prize,
reward, or promotional giveaway. Contributors who are invited to attend will participate in the filming of the documentary
finale, which will be released publicly as part of the documentary series.
3.2 Capacity and Allocation
The Event has limited capacity:
- In-Person Attendance: 160 contributors maximum (constrained by boat tour capacity: 20 tours à 8 people)
- Virtual Attendance: Unlimited live stream access for all contributors $1+
3.3 Invitation Criteria - 100% Objective
Invitations are allocated based ENTIRELY on objective, verifiable, and transparent criteria through the
Priority Score system (detailed in Section 4). There is NO random selection, drawing, or element of chance.

3.5 What's Included in Invitation
If invited to attend in person, the following is included:
- Boat Tour(s): Tier 1 receives 2 tours, Tiers 2-3 receive 1 tour (3-hour guided tours on restored boat)
- Evening Events: Access to filming events and gatherings
- Grand Finale: Participation in final celebration (all 160 attendees)
- Accommodation Discounts: 10-30% discount at partner hotels (varies by tier)
- Documentary Appearance: Participation in filming (subject to release agreement)
3.6 What's NOT Included
Contributors are responsible for:
- Travel to/from Sint Maarten
- Accommodation costs (discounts available)
- Meals and personal expenses
- Travel insurance
- Passport/visa requirements
3.7 Invitation Timeline
Invitations will be sent in batches based on tier:
- T-90 days: Tier 1 (Captain's Circle) invitations sent
- T-75 days: Tier 2 (First Mate) invitations sent
- T-60 days: Tier 3 (Crew Member) invitations sent
- T-45 days: Waitlist promotions (if any cancellations)
3.8 RSVP Requirements
- Invitations must be accepted within 14 days of receipt
- Final tour selection must be completed within 7 days of RSVP
- Failure to RSVP results in forfeiture; spot goes to waitlist
3.9 Media Release
By accepting an invitation to attend the Event, you agree to participate in documentary filming and grant us
perpetual, worldwide rights to use your image, voice, and likeness in the documentary series and all related
marketing materials. See Section 8 for full content rights details.
4. Priority Score System - Objective Criteria
4.1 Definition
The Priority Score is a mathematical formula that calculates each contributor's rank for Event
invitations based on 100% objective, verifiable, and transparent criteria. The formula and all
individual scores are published publicly in real-time on your personal dashboard.

4.3 Formula Components (All Objective)

Points awarded based on WHEN you contributed relative to campaign funding milestones. Earlier contributions receive higher points.

4.3.3 Successful Referrals (Verifiable Donor Records)
Points awarded for referring other contributors who complete contributions.
Calculation: Number of successful referrals à 100
Example: 3 successful referrals = 300 points
Verification: Tracked via unique referral codes and completed payment records
4.3.4 Social Shares (Verifiable Links)
Points for sharing campaign content on social media.
Calculation: Each verified share = 5 points
Platforms: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit
Limits: Maximum 5 shares per platform per day (prevents spam)
Verification: Unique tracking URLs submitted and verified by admin review
4.3.5 Content Creation (Admin-Verified Submissions)
Points for creating original content about the campaign.
Point Values:
- Short Video (TikTok, Instagram Reel): +75-100 points
- Long Video (YouTube 2+ minutes): +200-250 points
- Blog Post (500+ words): +150 points
- Podcast Episode: +300 points
- Viral Bonus (100k+ views): +500 additional points
Verification: Manual review by admin team within 24-48 hours of submission
4.3.6 Engagement Activities (Logged Actions)
Points for participating in community activities.
Examples: Commenting on blog posts, voting in polls, submitting feedback
Calculation: Each activity = 10 points
Limits: Maximum 50 points per day from engagement
Verification: Automatically logged in activity database
4.3.7 Streak Bonuses (Date-Verified Activity)
Points for maintaining daily activity on the platform.
Calculation: Base 20 points per day, with multipliers:
- Days 1-7: 1.0Ã multiplier (20 points/day)
- Days 8-30: 1.5Ã multiplier (30 points/day)
- Days 31-60: 2.0Ã multiplier (40 points/day)
- Days 61+: 2.5Ã multiplier (50 points/day)
Milestone Bonuses: +70 (7 days), +140 (14 days), +300 (30 days), +600 (60 days), +1000 (100 days)
4.3.8 Challenge Completions (Objective Task Completion)
Points for completing specific challenges.
Examples:
- "First Share": Share for the first time (+50 points)
- "Social Butterfly": Share on 3+ platforms in one week (+150 points)
- "Referral Champion": Get 5 successful referrals (+500 points)
- "Content Creator": Submit your first video (+200 points)
4.4 Real-Time Transparency
Your Priority Score is calculated in real-time and displayed on your personal dashboard at

Dashboard includes:
- Total Priority Score with detailed breakdown by category
- Current rank within your tier
- Distance to invitation cutoff (e.g., "You're #42, top 40 get invited")
- Suggestions for improving your score
- Activity history and pending verifications
4.5 Deterministic Calculation
The Priority Score system is 100% deterministic. Given the same inputs (contribution amount, timestamp,
referrals, activities), the output (Priority Score) is always the same. There is NO randomness, chance, or
subjective judgment in the calculation.
4.6 Score Updates
Priority Scores are recalculated:
- Immediately when you complete a new activity
- Daily at midnight UTC (batch recalculation)
- When admin verifies pending content submissions
4.7 Disputes and Verification
If you believe your Priority Score is incorrect, you may request a manual review by contacting
support@sendmeadollarplease.com. All calculations are auditable
and backed by database records.
5. User Accounts and Registration
5.1 Account Creation
When you make a contribution, an account is automatically created for you using your email address. You will receive:
- Unique donor number (sequential)
- Unique referral code (for sharing)
- Access to personal dashboard
- Email receipt and confirmation
5.2 Account Information
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Keeping your email address current
- Monitoring your dashboard for updates
- Checking your email for invitation notifications
5.3 Email Communications
By contributing, you consent to receive:
- Transactional emails: Receipts, invitations, tour confirmations (required)
- Marketing emails: Campaign updates, milestone announcements (optional, can opt-out)
5.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity or gaming the system
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Abusive or harassing behavior toward staff or other contributors
6. Contributions and Payments
6.1 Payment Processing
Contributions are processed through Payoneer, a third-party payment processor. By making a contribution,
you agree to Payoneer's terms of service and privacy policy.
6.2 Contribution Amounts
Minimum contribution: $1.00 USD
Maximum contribution: No limit (higher contributions increase Priority Score)
6.3 Payment Confirmation
Your contribution is considered "completed" only after payment is successfully processed by Payoneer.
Pending or failed payments do NOT count toward Priority Score calculations or tier allocations.
6.4 Currency
All contributions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you contribute in another currency,
the amount will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate at the time of transaction.
6.5 Fees
Payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from your contribution.
You may optionally choose to "cover fees" to ensure 100% of your intended amount goes to the project.
6.6 Receipts
You will receive an email receipt immediately after your contribution is processed. This receipt includes:
- Transaction ID and date
- Contribution amount
- Your donor number and referral code
- Initial Priority Score
- Link to your personal dashboard
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Policy
All contributions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. By contributing, you acknowledge
that you are funding a documentary production project with no guarantee of specific deliverables or outcomes.
7.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payment processing
- Fraudulent transactions: Unauthorized use of payment method
- Technical errors: Website or payment processing errors
7.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact support@sendmeadollarplease.com
within 7 days of your contribution with:
- Transaction ID
- Email address used for contribution
- Reason for refund request
7.4 Effect of Refund on Priority Score
If a refund is issued, your Priority Score will be recalculated to remove all points associated with the refunded
contribution. This may result in loss of invitation eligibility.
7.5 Project Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the project is cancelled before completion, we will make reasonable efforts to issue
partial refunds based on remaining funds after expenses incurred. However, contributions already spent on legitimate
production expenses are non-refundable.
8. Content Rights and Releases
8.1 Documentary Appearance Release
If you are invited to and attend the Caribbean Filming Event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will be filmed and recorded as part of the documentary production
- Your image, voice, likeness, and statements may be used in the documentary series
- The documentary and related content may be distributed worldwide through any media (online, broadcast, streaming, etc.)
- You will NOT receive additional compensation for your appearance beyond the invitation itself
8.2 Grant of Rights
By attending the Event, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display any content that includes your image, voice, or likeness in connection
with the documentary series and related marketing materials.
8.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit content to earn Priority Score points (videos, blog posts, social shares, etc.), you grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote that content in connection
with the Campaign.
8.4 Opt-Out Option
If you prefer NOT to be filmed or appear in the documentary, you may:
- Decline the invitation (forfeits your spot)
- Attend but request to be filmed only in crowd/background shots (subject to our approval)
- Request that any footage of you be reviewed before inclusion (reasonable accommodation, not guaranteed)
8.5 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of
SendMeADollarPlease.com and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Manipulate the Priority Score system: Creating fake accounts, bot submissions, fraudulent referrals
- Submit false information: Fake social shares, plagiarized content, misleading activity
- Harassment: Abusive behavior toward staff, other contributors, or community members
- Spam: Excessive or unsolicited sharing, promotional activity
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or admin areas
- Reverse engineer: Attempting to discover or exploit the Priority Score algorithm for unfair advantage
- Resell invitations: Selling, transferring, or auctioning your invitation to a third party
9.1 Anti-Fraud Measures
We employ automated and manual fraud detection systems, including:
- Rate limiting on point-earning activities
- IP address tracking for duplicate submissions
- Manual review of high-value content submissions
- Activity pattern analysis for suspicious behavior
9.2 Consequences of Violations
Violations may result in:
- Point deductions or Priority Score resets
- Account suspension or termination
- Revocation of invitation (even if already accepted)
- Legal action (in cases of fraud or intentional harm)
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Guarantees
We make NO guarantees regarding:
- Completion of the documentary or project
- Quality or distribution of the final documentary
- Specific dates or logistics of the Caribbean Filming Event
- Weather conditions, travel disruptions, or force majeure events
- Achievement of funding goals
10.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your contribution or participation in the Campaign
is limited to the amount of your contribution. We are NOT liable for:
- Travel expenses or losses
- Lost time or opportunity costs
- Emotional distress or disappointment
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party services, including:
- Payoneer payment processing
- Social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Email delivery services
- Internet service providers
10.4 Event Risks
If you attend the Caribbean Filming Event, you acknowledge that:
- Boat tours involve inherent risks (weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues)
- You participate at your own risk
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance
- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during the Event
10.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten (the location of the project and Event),
without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Campaign shall be resolved through
binding arbitration rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis, and NOT as part of any class,
consolidated, or representative action.
11.4 Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting
legal@sendmeadollarplease.com.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting to this page.
12.2 Material Changes
For material changes (e.g., changes to the Priority Score formula, invitation criteria, or refund policy),
we will provide at least 30 days' notice via:
- Email to all registered contributors
- Prominent notice on the website homepage
- Dashboard notification
12.3 Continued Use
Your continued use of the website or participation in the Campaign after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12.4 Version History
All previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon request.

Acceptance of Terms
By making a contribution to the Send Me A Dollar Please Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the Priority Score system,
invitation criteria, and all other provisions outlined herein.
